Exchanges and Returns

We hope you love your Clio product, but if you need to make an exchange, we are here to help. Here's how the process works.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes, exchanges can be requested within 14 business days of receiving the order. Returns can be requested within 3 business days of receiving the order. Exchanges and returns are subject to confirmation by Clio.

What are the conditions for returns?

  • Items must be returned in their original condition: new, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with all tags attached, and in the same perfect state in which they left Clio's premises.
  • Return shipping costs are the Customer's responsibility unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
  • Sale items are final and not eligible for return or exchange.

How do I initiate a return?

Please email us at international@clioknitwear.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide you with instructions for the next steps. Kindly note that in-store returns or exchanges are not available.

Can I exchange an item for a different size or style?

Yes, if you'd like a different size or style, let us know in your return email. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, you'll get a confirmation email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method (credit card or PayPal). Refund processing times depend on your financial institution.
