Where are Clio pieces made?

Each Clio piece is handcrafted in Peru by skilled women artisans, using ethically sourced Baby Alpaca, Merino wool, Pima
and Tanguis cotton, and luxury blends, all of them ethically sourced.

We collaborate closely with artisan knitting communities in both Lima and the highlands of Chimbote and Puno (The
Andes), where textile traditions run deep. These long-standing partnerships support women's economic empowerment and help preserve centuries-old craftsmanship passed down through generations.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can place an order as a guest. However, creating an account offers benefits such as:

  • Tracking your orders and reviewing past purchases
  • Saving shipping addresses for faster checkout
  • Managing your account information and order history
What if I forget my password?

No worries! Simply click on the “Forgot your Password” link on the login page and follow the instructions to reset it.

Can I modify or add items to an order once it’s been placed?

Unfortunately, we are unable to combine orders or add items once an order has been submitted.

How will I know if my order has been received?

You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed. When your order ships, you’ll get another email with
tracking details and an electronic invoice.

Will I have to pay customs duties or taxes?

Customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country. These are not included in the checkout total and must be paid directly to the courier upon delivery.

Yes! We ship worldwide from Lima, Peru. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
